Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was very convenient. In the triple room we had one big bed (180 cm) and one single bed. The breakfast was perfect, many options and it had a few changes every day (one morning even vegan milk but otherwise no extra vegan/vegetarian options besides the "usual" like cucumber, black coffee and such. I wish they at least had lactose free butter and milk). We had wall-mounted air conditioning that worked very good in the summer, and the cold tiles on the floor helped to cool down. Everything was clean, except the radiator in the bathroom that was dusty. Perfect location for everything - food (kebab stops near), grocery stores (through the park) and a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Friendly staff that showed us places to go on the map when she saw we stayed for a week. We had a balcony with a nice view to the courtyard which meant it was also quiet. The towels were changed every day (even when we left them on the hooks like the sign told to do when you didn't want new towels) and the beds were made and new toiletries added daily. A lot of space in the room for suitcases and to move around. Three water bottles in the fridge for us and instant coffee and tea available with a kettle in the room. Lift worked!

This is a very nice hotel in a good location between Wenceslas Square and the old City/Charles Bridge. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and clean. Breakfasts are included in the price - making the price very reasonable. Some tourists may want to stay in the old town square and Charles Bridge areas. These areas are constantly busy though and probably more noisy at night. Praga 1 is only about 10-12 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge but has some nice and quieter bars nearby and the rooms are quiet at night - making it a nice relaxing place to stay to escape the massive crowds in the old town. We enjoyed it very much

Staff is super polite and helpfull. First day we got a room with broken air-condition, there was no problem for switching the room, they did it promptly the next morning when the 2nd one was cleaned. Location is approximately 15 min on foot from the old centre and all main attractions. Towels and toiletries available and room cleaned daily. Breakfast is great, more than sufficient, all type of food available. Only thing missing for me is a real espresso to wake me up. Also, there was no problem for leaving the suitcases in the hotel the last day as we had a late flight.

Reliable and comfortable stay: the room itself is great, spacious and the bed is very comfortable (not the soft kinds where you sink in, which is terrible for your back). The light in my bathroom was dim because the extra light over the sink wasn’t working. The shower space was also a bit restricted. The breakfast was one of the best provided at hotels- hot and cold items served and sweet and savoury, with healthy options - very tasty salad/greens included.

The location was perfect. We mainly walk to the places we've visited from the hotel. Like 15 mins walk to city square. Taxi, trams and busses are available to closer distant but decided to walk just to see the beauty of prague to each corner and street. Very satisfied with place. Easy check-in/out. Had a very nice stay there.
